Terms of Service

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING! By commissioning me I will assume you have read and understand my terms of service and have agreed to such!

I only accept PayPal or Ko-Fi as a form of payment. [ In other circumstances, sometimes I accept Discord Nitro as well! ]

I DO NOT allow my art to be used for AI training in ANY WAY. If draft sketches or any form of my art is used for AI during any phase of the commission I WILL DECLINE FURTHER SERVICE WITHOUT REFUNDS. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given and I will not entertain further enquiries.

Related to above; My refund policies are as such;-

— I do not do refunds whatsoever, after payment is done, it is considered final unless I say otherwise. While I am open for discussions for certain exceptions, refunds are a total hard no, sorry!

— However, in the events where I am no longer able to finish/continue your commission accordingly, I will offer some type of refund and/or compensation in terms of my art services. I will do refunds if I'm not able to take your request, but I will always communicate whether or not I'm able to draw something beforehand!

I am willing to do changes/revisions on sketches and such the first two(2) times with no additional charges. However, starting from the third(3rd) change/revision, it will cost a fee starting at 3USD for each new revision/change request.

Note when paying with PayPal — Please don't change currencies if possible! Please keep your payment in USD currency, thank you! ( ´∀｀ )b

Please do give a clear, detailed description of what you want in your commission to me and of course what you have in mind. Pictures, rough sketches, etc are extremely helpful in sending the idea/concept across!

I prefer full payment upfront, especially for "Sketches" options. But I can do 50/50 payment for commissions that cost a lot more! [ 50% Payment before drafting, then the other 50% before sending the final Product. ]

NSFW Art prices are doubled prices from non-NSFW prices!

I can do shipping art for OCxOC, CanonxCanon, OCxCanon, RarePairs, etc as long as the ship is non-problematic! However I don't usually do explicit NSFW shipping art. (Feel free to ask though!)

Each additional character (per body) will add 70% to the final price!

Based on the complexity of the commission, base prices will go up.

If the commission is for Commercial Purposes, the price will be four times its final price!

Prices listed in main carrd already includes multiple characters + background + props/items for one canvas. Illustration prices are flexible and dependent on what the client is requesting.

Payment for this service can be paid full up front OR 50:50. I will only start drafting ideas after the initial payment. (Refunds after payment are unavailable)

Idea drafts and revisions before starting on the actual piece is free of charge!

For illustration pieces only, revision fees are only applied AFTER I start on the actual piece. (Example; requesting changes after I've already finished lineart, etc)

Illustrations take weeks! I also do not take rush requests for illustrations. Please keep this in mind and be patient if you want an illustration piece from me. (Proper communication is always welcomed!)

Communication and Comprehension is important to me, so please do chat me and ask me for any updates or if you want changes! - With that said, ENG isn't my first language, so I'll let you know if there's anything I don't quite understand!

Normally my size canvas differs from art to art, but it is usually 2550x3300px with 300DPI [ PNG ]

Final pieces are by default sent through a Google Drive Link. These links/albums expire after a month, so save these pieces before then! Alternatively, sending through emails also work, just let me know!

Canvas Watermark is a thing I do where I put large watermarks on the drawing to prevent theft. Don't worry, final fully paid commissions have normal sized watermarks! (Refer to Ko-Fi examples)
